When I restart the HTTPD service, I get a lot of warnings
On restarting the apache service (HTTP), the following warning occurs.
[root@linuxxf ~]# /etc/init.d/httpd restart Stopping httpd: [ OK ] Starting httpd: httpd: Could not determine the server's fully qualified domain name, using 127.0.0.1 for ServerName [Sun Aug 21 23:14:14 2011] [warn] NameVirtualHost 192.168.0.205:80 has no VirtualHosts [Sun Aug 21 23:14:14 2011] [warn] NameVirtualHost 192.168.0.205:80 has no VirtualHosts [ OK ]
While adding or removing domains, its quite possible that some manual editing may have been done of the httpd configuration files, causing it to be misconfigured.
Suggested course of action
Typically these warnings are harmless as long your system is working fine. We would recommend that you ignore them and follow our guidelines in the recommendation section below
Avoid editing the httpd configuration files directly and instead use the Application manager console to create/modify and delete virtual domains within Connect XF. This system will manage and properly generate these configuration files.
